BEST USE INSTRUCTIONS: Following the application of Make My Day Beautiful! ®’s Illustrious Dawn™ Lightening Line Refining Serum,  Alpha Lipoic Acid Lifting Serum, or another serum of your choice, apply Ring Light Effects™ around the eye area (avoiding the eyelid).  Then apply to décolleté and throat area.  Blend with upward motion, into jaw line.  For throat area, continue blending beyond the ears, with a slightly upward motion toward the back of neck hair line.  For use by all skin types, AM and PM.  In AM, follow with Sun Up To City Lights™ Protectant Primer Broad Spectrum SPF 46 (omitting application between upper lashes and brow).  In PM, for optimum hydration, Once Again With Blueberries RNA/DNA Revival Crème ® may be applied over top (once again, omitting application between upper lashes and brow).
